Membuat Teks Melingkar dengan Corel Draw

Dalam sebuah logo kita sering melihat melihat sebuah teks yang berbentuk lingkaran atau dibuat secara melingkar. Selain berkesan dinamis, teks tersebut memang kelihatan menjadi unik atau tidak biasa. Trik kali ini akan coba menjelaskan tentang cara-cara pembuatannya dengan menggunakan aplikasiCorelDRAW.

• Pertama buatlah sebuah lingkaran dengan menggunakan Ellipse Toolyang ada di Toolbox. Agar terbentuk lingkaran yang sempurna, tekan Ctrlsaat membuatnya.
• Pilih Text Tool yang ada di Toolbox. 
• Arahkan Text Tool di sisi lingkaran hingga kursor berubah menjadi ikon seperti yang terlihat pada gambar di bawah ini. Setelah itu klik di tempat tersebut.

 

• Ketiklah sebuah teks, misalnya TIMNAS INDONESIA. Buatlah pengaturan jenis huruf, ukuran dan warna dengan cara memblok teks tersebut terlebih dulu.
• Agar posisi teks dapat dirubah atau digeser, anda harus mengaktifkanPick Tool yang ada di Toolbox. Dengan menggunakan Pick Tool, tahan dan geser kotak kecil warna merah hingga posisi teks berada di tempat yang anda inginkan.

 

 

• Pilih Arrange>Break Text Apart. Setelah itu klik mouse di luar area objek untuk melepaskan pilihan.
• Pilih objek lingkaran dan tekan Delete untuk menghapusnya. Hasilnya terlihat seperti gambar di bawah ini.

Membuat Cover CD dengan Corel Draw

Aplikasi: Corel Draw X5.

Jika dalam postingan yang dulu saya telah menjelaskan cara Membuat Cover CD dengan Photoshop, maka kali ini kita akan membuatnya dengan menggunakan Corel Draw. Teknik pembuatannya tidak jauh berbeda dan sangat mudah. Berikut ini tutorialnya:

• Tekan Ctrl+N untuk membuat kanvas kerja baru dengan ukuran A4.
• Ganti ukuran unit kerja menjadi centimeter.

• Pilih Ellipse Tool atau tekan F7.

• Klik-tahan Ellipse Tool dan tarik secara diagonal sambil menekan Ctrlagar terbentuk lingkaran yang sempurna.

• Pastikan objek lingkaran masih dalam keadaan terpilih. Di Properti Bar, ganti ukuran diameter lingkaran menjadi 11,8 cm x 11,8 cm lalu tekanEnter. Setelah itu tekan P, untuk menempatkan lingkaran tersebut tepat di tengah kanvas kerja.

• Tekan Ctrl+I dan imporlah sebuah gambar. Sebagai contoh lihat di bawah ini:

• Pastikan gambar yang kita impor masih dalam keadaan terpilih. Di Menu Bar klik Effects>PowerClip>Place Inside Container. Setelah kursor berubah menjadi tanda panah, klik di sisi area lingkaran untuk memasukkan ke dalamnya.

• Di Menu Bar klik Effects>PowerClip>Edit Contents.

• Klik gambar yang kita import tadi. Sesuaikan ukuran dan penempatan posisinya. Bila telah sesuai, tekan P untuk menempatkannya di tengah kanvas kerja. Akhiri dengan menekan Effects>PowerClip>Finish Editing This Level di Menu Bar.

• Pilih Pick Tool di Toolbox. Klik objek lingkaran, kemudian klik Outline Pen dan pilih No Outline untuk menghilangkan outline lingkaran.

• Buat objek lingkaran yang baru dengan ukuran 11 cm x 11 cm. Tekan F12. Dalam kotak dialog Outline Pen, pilih Color dengan warna putih dan isiWidth: 2.0 pt. Tekan OK. Setelah itu tekan P untuk menempatkannya di tengah kanvas kerja.

• Buat lagi sebuah lingkaran dengan ukuran 10.7 cm x 10.7 cm. Tekan F12. Dalam kotak dialog Outline Pen, pilih Color dengan warna putih dan isiWidth: 1.0 pt. Tekan OK. Setelah itu tekan P untuk menempatkannya di tengah kanvas kerja.

• Buat lagi sebuah lingkaran dengan ukuran 1.8 cm x 1.8 cm. Isi dengan warna putih dan hilangkan outline-nya. Kemudian tekan P untuk menempatkannya di tengah kanvas kerja.

• Anda bisa menambahkan teks dan gambar lainnya. Untuk membuat variasi teks melingkar lihat "Membuat Teks Melingkar dengan Corel Draw". Hasil akhir nantinya kira-kira seperti gambar di bawah ini.

Trick Cepat Kerja dengan CorelDRAW

Menghapal beberapa Shortcut di CorelDRAW merupakan langkah tepat untuk mempercepat kerja dengan menggunakan CorelDRAW. Maksudnya yaitu dengan membiasakan diri untuk lebih memfungsikan perintah shortcut standard yang menempel pada fungsi-fungsi control di CorelDRAW.
Nah, untuk menghemat waktu kerja alangkah baiknya alternatif shortcut lebih sering dipakai. Kenapa begitu Mas Bro....? Misalkan jika kita melakukan perintah untuk membuka file, klik file open dengan cukup menekan Ctrl+O, atau jika kita ingin meng-copy object cukup hanya dengan menekan tombol + (plus, yang ada di pojok kanan keyboard). Nah… jelas membantu mempercepat bukan? :

Contoh yaitu seperti Ctrl+C untuk mengcopy dan Ctrl+V untuk mempaste. Tentu anda sering menggunakan perintah ini untuk mempercepat aktivitas anda di depan komputer.

Atau anda bisa cari perintah tersebut secara lengkap dengan cara klik Menu Bar > Tools > Options > Workspace > Customization > Commands > Shortcut Keys > View All, maka akan tampil Shorcut Keys pada menu CorelDRAW. Contohnya seperti gambar dibawah ini.

Anda bisa copy dan pastekan pada notepad untuk digunakan ketika anda sedang membutuhkannya. Tidak harus semua anda kuasai melainkan anda gunakan saja yang paling bermanfaat buat anda, tapi jika semua anda kuasai ya tentu akan sangat bermanfaat buat anda karena dengna cara klik dan klik di keyboard akan muncul apa yang anda inginkan.
